kilometres),
The City of Exeter is 6 miles(10 kilometres). To the
south the coast at Exmouth is approximately 20 miles (36 kilometres).
The nearest
village is Tedburn St.Mary, about 2 miles (3.5 kilometres) away.
a goodrun of about 20 minutes down the A30T.
The village itself is set in
approximately 40 acres of woodland and in fact could at one time hardly be seen from
the air once the leaves are on the trees.
