THE ACTUAL VILLAGE LOCATION.

Situated on the old A30, now designated the C50. Travelling on the A30T it has its own slip road to the C30 where it is fully sign posted.
The City of Exeter is 6 miles(10 kilometres). To the south the coast at Exmouth is approximately 20 miles (36 kilometres).
The nearest village is Tedburn St.Mary, about 2 miles (3.5 kilometres) away.

Whiddon Down is 9 miles (14 kilometres) and Okehampton 18 miles (32 kilometres). Exeter International Airport is 15 miles (24 kilometres),
a goodrun of about 20 minutes down the A30T.
The village itself is set in approximately 40 acres of woodland and in fact could at one time hardly be seen from the air once the leaves are on the trees.
Latitude 50.73 N Longitude -3.64W. 38.
